Although this event is not open to the public, we would like to share the concept, in case you are planning a day out with colleagues and want to try something different. Eugene leads the Alsergrund branch of Denns Biomarkt on an unusual adventure, eating a 3-course meal in three different restaurants. In this case, an Icelandic starter, Ethiopian main course and Vietnamese dessert. And in each restaurant, we speak to the cook about how s/he had to change their cooking to sell it to Austrians. And in between each bistro, we explore Vienna's cultural diversity, and how it is changing and opening up.
We will compare prices, decor, service, music, atmosphere and of course food.
