UF Ljubljana: Transforming Small & Medium-sized Towns - In cooperation with Austrian Klima & Energie Fonds

In cooperation with the Austrian National Climate & Energy Fund, this session, chaired by Eugene Quinn, will speak to various European towns, to hear about the challenges they face, from brain-drain to mobility and visibility. We expect to have speakers from Celje in Slovenia, and Lienz in East Tirol.
