URBAN FUTURE CONGRESS 2026 - LJUBLJANA

Ljubljana means beloved in Slovenian, and is one of the leading green cities in Europe. Compact and romantic, Slovenia is home to Slavoj Zizek, architect Joze Plecnik, Melania Trump and Uefa president Alexander Ceferin. This former Yugoslav Republic is a successful member of the EU since 2004, and a pioneer in ecological matters, particularly removing cars from the centre of its capital. It will play host to the Urban Future Conference in May 2026.

Whoosh and Urban Future will intersect once again (after Wien, Oslo, Helsingborg (Sweden), Stuttgart and Lodz (Poland)) to do something new and special in Slovenia.

Eugene Quinn from Whoosh will be creating social-dining connecting residents and congress speakers, a midnight tour, Feminism for Men walk, a presentation on urban walking as creative tool, and a PowerPoint Karaoke wild event, to make fun of our modern business tools. Eugene will represent Vienna innovation to the world.
